Coverage, Eligibility Requirements, & Exclusions

You may return any of the following items to C°CULTURE.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error or if the item qualifies for free returns within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts):

C°CULTURE Money Back Guarantee applies when:

• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) Pedicure Systems, Foot File, Foot Exfoliator, File Kits, Nail Cleansers, Nail Polish, Nail Extension Sets, Nail Lamps

• Wrong product shipped

• Product does not meet expectations

• Faulty texture/fragrance/allergy

• Faulty device/container product

• You do not like the gift you’ve received

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items more than 30 days past delivery.  We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at C°CULTURE.com, you may return eligible for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error)

Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. 

Eligible payment methods for coverage:

• Credit card or debit card

• PayPal or PayPal Credit

For most purchases, buyers are refunded to their original payment method. Any payments previously made toward C°CULTURE will be refunded to your original method of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient. You will receive an email once the refund is completed. You will receive an email when the credit is processed. The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

C°CULTURE Authenticity Guarantee

Items are inspected prior to delivery to ensure that the item purchased matches the listing description and verifies the item's authenticity.

Authenticity Guarantee purchases are covered by C°CULTURE Money Back Guarantee when all items are met:

• The item is not received

• The item arrives damaged

C°CULTURE Money Back Guarantee does not cover returns on the basis that an item is not as described, when the item is considered final sale.

C°CULTURE Authenticity Guarantee items are considered 'final sale' when the return is outside the 30 day window.

If an authenticated item is eligible to be returned, the buyer may be asked to ship the item back to the authentication facility for inspection to ensure that the item is being returned in the same condition.

Change A Submitted Order

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or modify orders once submitted. However, you may refuse the package at the door. As long as the package remains unopened, _ should not charge to return the package to us. If your package was already delivered, you may request to return the unopened box to us at your local post office, free of charge.

If the box has been opened and/or repackaged, you will need to pay return shipping. Please note we would not reimburse these shipping fees in that event. Please note that all returns must be sent within 30 days from the date the package was delivered. The refunded amount will be processed within 15 days once we received the returned package.

Did Not Receive An item

If you received the wrong item, or the item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty (and was not clearly described as such), you are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable).

C°CULTURE may agree to another solution, such as a full or partial refund while the buyer keeps the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund. If an item is being returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Requirements & Return Shipping

Refunds, Payment Holds & Reimbursements

You may return any of the following items to C°CULTURE, in the same condition in which it was received. If the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, C°CULTURE may deduct the loss in value from the amount refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. You will receive an email when the credit is processed. The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed. Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by C°CULTURE  and need to replace it with the same item, to request a replacement please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Items that are fulfilled by C°CULTURE.com can't be replaced, but may be returned.

Returning Shipments without a Packing Slip

If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it via within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. You'll be asked to select the relevant order from order.

If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. However, you will first need to ask the person who purchased the gift for you for the order number.

Returning a Gift

Gift returns are confidential. The C°CULTURE.com allows gift recipients and gift givers to return items fulfilled by C°CULTURE.com, even if the order wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it's returned.

Once your return is processed, we'll send an C°CULTURE.com Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the email address you enter on the Returns Centre form. If you're the gift giver, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method. You'll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don't have an order number, please contact us.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

To protect our employees and customers, C°CULTURE.com disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to C°CULTURE.com please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to C°CULTURE.com

Using our Return Mailing Label

The return mailing labels obtained from the C°CULTURE.com are valid only for returns shipped from within 30 days of delivery.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs and, if applicable, refund your Import Fees Deposit once the return is processed.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable Import Fees Deposit. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

If you want to return an item, and are responsible for return shipping, you must purchase your own label and assume responsibility for return shipping, including the cost. Depending on the reason for the return, C°CULTURE may be responsible for arranging and paying for a suitable return method.

To return an order, pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the return form in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, with Expedited parcel, with signature, to:

Returning Procedure

• Please contact us hello@coculture.com and look up your items with your order number and email address.

• Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to submit a return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved.

• Print the Return Form and complete all the required fields.On the return form, please write the product quantity and return code for each product returned.

• Carefully pack your return in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. To ensure a quick processing, make sure you print and complete the return form and enclose it in the package.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Products must arrive in new condition, unopened and with no signs of use in order to be accepted. 

• Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

• Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed. 

International Return Methods

You can return items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After we receive the item at our fulfillment center, allow up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Return Labels Provided at Your Own Expense

If you are responsible for return shipping, you must purchase your own label and assume responsibility for return shipping, including the cost.

If your return postage exceeds the value of the automatic refund issued by C°CULTURE, you can contact our us. Depending on the reason for the return, C°CULTURE may be responsible for arranging and paying for a suitable postage costs on receipt of the item, depending on country.
