Proceed to Checkout
After you've reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
To proceed to checkout:
- Select Proceed to Checkout for other items.
- If prompted, sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order.
- Enter a shipping address.
Choose a shipping method.
Note: If there's more than one item in your order, you'll have the option to group your items into as few shipments as possible, or to ship items as they become available (at an additional cost).
- Enter your payment information.
- Review your order details. Make sure you've applied any gift cards or promotional codes you want to use on your order.
- Select Place your order.
Step 1. Shipping Information
Please provide precise address information including city, state/province, including the postal code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
Step 2. Payment Information
CoCulture accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. At this time we are unable to accept store credits or debit cards on Canadian orders. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order. If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can enter by expanding the Promotions section. On ‘Apply’ the promotional offer will appear in your online shopping basket. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
Step 3. Order Review
Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on 'select' for section you want to edit. The total price includes taxes, shipping and handling charges. This is the total cost to you - there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order."
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Velvet Beauty Affair, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records.
Step 4. How Do I Make A Purchase
We are currently accepting payments via PayPal or credit/debit (MasterCard/Visa) cards!
- Click on an item to view all available details.
- Select which details you would like and click “Add to Cart”. This will take you to your shopping cart summary where you can choose to continue browsing or make your payment for the piece(s) chosen. Repeat the first two steps if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
- Click on “Next” once you’ve finalized your order. Confirm your mailing address and, please, remember to include your phone number so that we can put it on the delivery information just in case you’re not home. This way your postal carrier will be able to contact you.
- Pay via PayPal or credit/debit card and voila, you’re done!

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Depending on your country, shipping may take anywhere from 3-5 days up to a week. However, we prefer to give a range of 10-15 business days in case of unexpected delays. Please note that packages to South Africa, South America, and the Middle East tend to take about a month or so longer than orders going to the US or UK. All orders come with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. In order to keep prices low, this is the best option for now, but we promise it’s worth it!
That being said, if you feel anxious at any time during the shipping process, feel free to email us and we’ll be glad to track the package for you and relay your concerns.
I Have Placed An Order, How Long Until The Item Ships?
For each order, items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. It usually takes less, but we just want to be safe. We highly recommend creating an account with us so you can keep track of your order’s movements. Also, please note that sometimes during spikes or surges in order volume, processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. To keep it simple, think of your order processing time as about 1 week and you won’t be disappointed.
Incorrect Address/Changes of Address
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the ordering process are subject to an additional $15 USD shipping surcharge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be delivered back to us before being resent depending on the circumstances.
Orders “Returned to Sender” by the carrier are subject to a $15 USD surcharge. This includes, but is not limited to: orders win which the customer provided and incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
What If My Item Is Defective Or I Am Not Satisfied With The Quality?
Before shipping, we give all the goods a mandatory check for defects. If it so happens that your item comes defective, please let us know within a day of receipt at email@example.com
