When purchasing from C°CULTURE, keep in mind that shipping can sometimes take longer and cost more than buying from a seller in your own country. If you have any questions about shipping, contact us before you go to checkout.

We always show the shipping cost separately from the item cost so you can see exactly how much you’ll pay for delivery before you go to checkout.

If the item you’re interested in is located in another country, keep in mind that international shipping can cost more. When you’re buying items from overseas, there may be restrictions on certain items in your country.

The total shipping & handling cost as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed determined by the applicable:

  • You’ll pay all shipping, taxes, and import charges up front, and you won't have to pay any extra charges when your item is delivered
  • Tracking is always included so you can track your item right to your door
  • International deliveries made through GSP include customs clearance so you don’t need to handle any extra paperwork

Once you’ve paid for your item, C°CULTURE sends it to the global shipping centre. From there, it's sent to you.

When you pay, your payment will be split into two transactions:

The first payment goes to C°CULTURE to cover the item price and any domestic shipping costs to send the item to the global shipping centre.

The second payment covers the international shipping cost and any import charges, if applicable.

After you've completed payment, you'll be able to see both the total cost and the amounts paid to the seller and the global shipping provider on the Order Details page.

Where To Find The Cost Of Shipping

You can find the cost of shipping, as well as the C°CULTURE shipping options—including any express shipping services or combined shipping discounts—and whether tracking is available, on the listing. Select Details next to the shipping cost at the top of the listing as we can’t increase their shipping rates after you've bought an item, please contact us if applicable and we’ll step in to help.

Customs and import charges

Once you’ve paid for your item, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them, it's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.

However, you may still have to pay any necessary customs, import fees, and taxes when your item arrives. These import charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country shipping service will manage the customs forms.

HOW ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES CALCULATED?

You'll see an estimated delivery date in Checkout before you place your order, and in your Order Details after you've placed your order. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen. Since transit time is calculated using business days, Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during Checkout).

Changing your shipping details at checkout

When you’re buying an item, you’ll confirm the shipping method and address at checkout. Make sure you check these details carefully before completing your purchase.

We’ll automatically enter your primary shipping address in the Ship to field. If it’s incorrect, or if you want the item sent to a different address, select Change. You can then edit the address, select a different address, or add a new address.

FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS  

What do i do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and i have not received my package?

Oh no! Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date including your order number so we can investigate further.

When will my order ship?

Your item will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. 

How much duty and tax will i have to pay?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

Will you ship to an international P.O box?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

Can you adjust the value of my order?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
